As far as the lenses the same part number applies for:
85-92 Z28, IROC Z-Model and 91-92 RS Model.

Right Rear Combination Lamp Lens
GM Part # 16503488 $189.00

Left Rear Combination Lamp Lens

why are the part numbers different from above mike, anyone know?

anyone use gmpartsdirect? they list the parts much cheaper. can anyone order from it and how is the service?

according to ions part # they are 88.26 each, although the part is listed as lens asm whatever that means.

mike your part is listed as just lens and they want 115.80 each.

i want the whole tailight, which part is the one i want? what is the difference between the two?

hey kandied yes anyone can order from gmpartsdirect.com. the prices on there are the same employee prices that i can get at the Olds dealership i work at,only i dont have to pay the shipping.im sure their service is good, since you are dealing with GM directly from their warehouses.

The part numbers I pulled for you are from the Mitchell Collision Estimating Software. This is the program we would use if someone came in with the rear end crunched and needed new tail lights.

The asm means assembly. When I try to pull up "combination lamp and lens assembly" it specifies "Order from Dealer" because some complete assemblies are no longer available or have been cross referenced to another part so I gave you just the lens price.

But what you want to ask your local GM Dealer for is the:

Combination Lamp and Lens Assembly

Also: the Mitchell program is pretty accurate and is updated monthly however it could have a part number mistake. And when you check different places and get different prices make sure they are not subbing "aftermarket parts".

thanks everyone i appreciate it.......if everyone can use it i wonder why they don't. i certainly wouldn't want to pay 200 a light when i can get it there for 100.

o'well works for me. thanks again.
