I ordered it all!
I ordered it all!
I finally got everything together and ordered all my interior stuff from Third Gen Resource! So hopefully here in a week or so I'll be able to rebuild my interior, since right now all its got in it is the front 2 seats and my dash (Not even the dash pad). And when I mean nothin, I mean ABSOLUTELY nothing, no door pannels, not carpet, not interior body pannels, nadda. Heres what I've ordered and the stuff I've already replaced or modified.....
*New Carpet (Complete Set) In Black
*New Dome Light
*New Door Pannels (Black Vinyl Top with 91-92 Insets, and Black Carpet Bottom)
*New Outer Door Weatherstriping
*New Front Ash Tray
*Used Upper and Lower Console (I hope there in real good condition)
*Used Interior Pannels in Black
*Used Under-Dash Pannels
*UsedXenon Pale Blue Light-Bulbs to replace all Dash Lights as well as shifter light, thermostat light, and under dash lights, thought I still would like to get one to replace the dome light.
*New Console Lid
*Used 4th Gen Camaro Seats in Black and Charcoal Grey out of a 95 Camaro.
*Used IROC 145mph Dash out of the earlier models (Couldn't find the year, but its the dash that is, made out of circles as apposed to the half circles)
*15% Tint for all but the Front Window
*The floor pannels and wheel wells were completely refinished and fixed because of various holes and rusting that had happened when the previous owner had it.
*GFX Are getting fixed and repainted in Black
*The wheels I'm refinishing myself in Black
Damn, wow that feels good to look back on all I've done so far....... I can't explain how much fun I've had doing it all so far, and to think.... the full interior restoration started when one night I was just siting there in a wheel chair I found in my garage staring at my car at 12:00 and night hyped up wanting to do somthing. So, I tore out the ENTIRE interior, which was originally Beachnut/Camel/Tan or whatever, and was COMPLETELY destroyed and mangled. After not being able to do anything to help the dead interior, I decided it was time to do a full resto, and here I sit today.
Only things I haven't replaced that need replacing inside are the Steering Wheel (Which hasn't been replaced for obvious reasons, most of them concerning the charge of having the damned thing re-covered in leather), and the Shifter. Now, after reading Zephers Post about 4th Gen Steering Wheels being able to fit in out 3rd gens I'm anxious to see what it looks like, cause I can get one of those for next to nothing, and the shifter is soon to be replaced with a Hurst Dual Gate 2.... so everything seems to be in order as far as I can tell, oh and the Seat Belts and Headliner have been changed
Well, not to take up space, but I'm so damned excited and the only people that can appreciate it and care are right here! Now, time to see what other little details I can fix up

Sounds good. Almost sounds like you are copying my interior, esxcept I have gray plastic.
Pics were taken before I put back the door panels. Those are standard gray.
I can share in your excitement. These pics were taken about 3 weeks ago, after I put it all in.

That looks sweet man, I CAN'T WAIT now!
Those are the exact same seats I have, except mine aren't power. Did you get new carpet for it as well? And if so from where, and was it a good fit?
Kick *** man, looks real good

I got my full set of seats for $250, the guy wanted $300 for them (I pulled them from a local Junkyard) but I traded him my bent rims and he gave me $50 off of the seats. But thats around the price you should pay for Cloth 4th Gen Seats. Mine were in imaculate condition so I can't complain about them at all, and was fully willing to pay the $300 for them.
I got mine at a local 3rd/4th Gen Graveyard that I really trust.
Hope that helps
