Will a 91-92 chin spoiler fit onto my 82 front clip?

I have all the ground effects off a 91 RS that I want to put onto my 82 Z (with Z28 badges of course)

I've been told that the front chin spoiler wont fit on the older front clips. is this true?

yes you will need a nose from a 85-92 to put the front gfx on to.
Also The rear bumber should be changed to match the rest ot the gfx.

whats different about the two front clips?
aree they different widths?
I imagine if the two front are the same dimensionally, a guy could get it to work...

Cool, is Urethane lighter than fiberglass?

I wonder if it's worth it over the stock fiberglass ones...
