Will an overhead console out of an '86 TA w/t-tops fit in an '87 IROC-Z hardtop?

There are 2 different overhead consoles, one for t's and one for hardtop. I don't know whether you can make one fit the other, however.

No, the t-top version is flat on the bottom and the hardtop version is curved on the bottom by the spotlight and stuff. You could probably make it work, however I dont think it would look factory.
