important rear drum question!

ok so here is the story. Yesturday, i decided to put a new wheel cylinder in cause my old one had been leaking, i get everything off except the one anchor bolt that holds the backing plate to the axle. its the bolt that all the drum springs connect too. well anyways it wouldnt budge not even with a impact wrench, so after about 4 hours of trying to get it off we finally cut it off with the plasma cutter... well anyways i have came to find out that GM no longer makes this bolt and cannot find one anywhere... so you guys have any ideas as to what i could do? any help would be much appreciated..thank you

I know this sounds like a really stupid question but, how do you replace the real wheel cylinders? I am putting a 3:42 posi rear end into my 85 z28 and the wheel cylinders are froze up! I cant find any bolts other than the four holding the plate to the axle tube!
