9 bolt disk brakes

I recently purchased a 9 bolt from a low mileage '87 IROC with the 10.5" rotors. Now, I've found a 89 9 bolt with the upgraded brakes (aluminum finned calipers) with a 2.77 pos. Is it worth buying to swap the brakes and then resale or should I just use what I've got?

Go with the bigger brakes. You'll have all that you need for a direct swap.

What's the price? That will help.

Cost

Well, he is asking $250.00 for the rear end but stated that it was neg. 2.77 is what hurts it. I could talk him down some. He's out of work at the moment.

If you're interested in bigger brakes, $200-250 sounds pretty darned good, IMO, especially if you price calipers without cores.
