New Rear Rotors
I am getting a new rear end, it has disks. What are the best brake rotors/ pads to get? What is the difference between the performance brake setup and the standard (like mine) and is it an easy swap? Are Wilwood comparable to Baer? Thanks?

For a '91 year car, the standard rear discs will be the same as the performance package brakes as they all got the same type of rear discs from '89-97, 12" PBRs. Also, this will be the same as a Baer rear kit, no difference. A Wilwood setup will be totally different than the PBRs I'm talking about as they will use a different caliper. Install isn't too hard but you will have to pull axles to do it unless you come up with a custom bracket to mount the calipers.
As for pads and rotors, there are many brands bu use a reputable brand and search the forum for opinions from members to see what they run a recommend. I've heard good things about Hawk pads.

If I got the Baer rotors (drilled and slotted) would they be better than the standard flat faced rotors. They are both at Auto Zone. The funny thing is, they have the performance (Baer) rear rotors and only the standard front.....
Can I use the 1 LE front rotors on my car without serious modification? I know that they are bigger, but I am not to fluent with brakes. I would have to find the complete front 1LE kit (calipers, etc) to make it work, right?

Baer does offer great rotors, usually made by DBA (Disc Brakes Austrailia) and they are proud of them, but they're some of the best rotors out there.
A 1LE setup is more than just switching rotors, you'll need a whole lof more:
