Brake lines and a little more
Is there a difference in the banjo bolt side of the brake lines between the LS1/ZO6/BAER (PBR) calipers?
I thought I found the info at one point but, should the pads overhang the rotor? If they do.. say by a 1/16th or so, would that be a bad thing?

All banjos for C4/C5/ LS1/1LE/rear PBRs will interchange although they have different part numbers due to the bolt heads being designed a bit differently. I buy the C5 bolts as they are the cheapest new.
A little overhang will be OK but not any more than what you mentioned. It may cause cracking or something like that, and it also takes away from pad surface area.
