dual brake lines going to rear?
Are there third gens with 2 brake lines running to the rear. my 91 RS only has one. and if not can i just order 2 pre-bent lines that i will just mount next to one another to make it dual lines to the rear?

why would you want them and how would you route them? there are only 3 ports coming off the prop valve.

Why?? Just used the lines on the rear for a 4'th gen without ABS. Then use the stock thirdgen line going to the rear.
From my understanding the only 4'th gen's that have two lines going to the rear are ABS which means there is no proportioning valve, the lines go to the ABS unit.

well im using the entire 4th gen harness and sensors, added with all the braking controls and units from the 4th gen. Isnt there an ABS sensor in the rear that controls the rear ABS unit. and maybe i will disable the ABS but im still using the 4th gen distribution box for the brake lines and will still need 4 brake lines

Why?
If you're deciding now that you don't want to setup the ABS, then why use the ABS pump/box dual lines and all that crap?
Spend the money you're thinking about spending on this one larger brakes. You'll be happier.

Maybe you need to explain better what complete setup you are trying to do. Engine, brakes, etc. If you are going to run a 4'th gen harness are you going to run a lt1 or LS1. Right not it just seems likes you are making some over complicated monstrosity. Don't bother with the ABS it is a waste of time and money and really makes absolutely no sense at all if you are just using it for the rear.

Im using an entire setup from a 2000 LS1, including harness, engine, and components. I have the 4th gen brake cylinder, and the 4th gen brake distribution box, it needs 4 lines going to it(1 line from each wheel). so im trying to get 2 lines going to the rear the easiest way.

just a posibility, i think these cars use the same rotors as light trucks, and some of them had abs, im not sure where the reluctor ring is located, but maybe look into it

Okay, it makes a lot more sense now what you are doing. If you are not going to run ABS up front don't bother with it. It would greatly simplify the install not to use ABS at all. The 4'th gen's have the wheel speed sensors for the front wheels built into the hubs mounted on the 4'th gen spindle. To use ABS on a thirdgen a wheel speed sensor would have to be somehow rigged up for the front. Since you are using a 4'th gen rear it would already have all the ABS sensors on the rear. To save yourself a enormous headache just don't run ABS.

Ok i wont run ABS but i will still need 4 lines, 2 going to the rear correct? even tho im not running the ABS the 4th gen brake distribution thing needs to have lines from the 4 wheels.

If you're not running ABS then just run directly out the Master cylinder, 2 ports for the front--one for the rear and put an adjustable prop valve on the rear line that goes to the Y block on the rear axle.
