Pedal to floor

Last year I had put new pads and rear shoes on my GFs 89 RS. Also new brake lines and MC. We bled everything correctly and it was kinda solf but no problem. Well fast forward to this year, it has been getting softer and softer. Today she told me she has to like put it to the floor for it to stop. We tried to bleed it today but the pedal wont stay hard enough to make pressure then to release. Brake booster maybe?>

Did you bench bleed the MC before installing it?</FONT>
