cant get brake pressure
i have bleed my brake brakes twice, the brake pedal is hard after bleeding, but when i start the car and press the pedal, it goes to the floor with no pressure. theres no leaks anywhere. is it the master cylinder bad?

two things, one side of the mc did go dry, the mc is divided into two parts, the rear reservoir one did go dry, dont know how but it did. second, i now realized i think, i put the caliper on the wrong side, its the c6 caliper and the bleeder screw is towards the bottom, so i think air is still trapped in the caliper, due to the bleeder screw being on the bottom and so air is trapped in the upper part of the caliper. i hate it when i do stupid things like that.

OK you need to re-bleed. Use an automatic feeder into the MC.
Your MC will not only never go dry but it will be topped off
for you when you finished.
Happy Racing!

Letting the system go dry was bad...you just need a THOROUGH bleeding, it may take a while. The dealer can pressure (or vacuum) bleed the system for about $35 or so.

If you choose to do it yourself unbolt the master and get it level, loosen the outlet tubes, and let it gravity bleed making sure it doesn't go dry again. Then tighten the lines, refill, and crack open all four bleeders and let it gravity bleed again. After all four bleeders are dripping tighten them, bolt the master cylinder back on, and bleed in the normal sequence.

ah man, since you're car is probably in you're backyard or something ,you're going to have to manually bleed it, get alot of brake fluid and a buddy too. bench bleed the m/c and then bleed the entire system . dont worry everyone makes mistakes

it finally got the bleeding done, it was pretty easy after switching out the calipers. i bought a 10 ft clear hose and made sure it was higher then the car and slowly pump my brakes, if theres no air in the hose, then i knew there was no air in the lines.
