Parking brake trouble

A couple weeks ago i noticed a weird scraping noise while driving with my windows down and when i checked under the car i realized that the parking brake thingy where the 2 cables go into 1 was rubbing the driveshaft. somehow the little nub thing that the cables hook to is broken off on 1 side. my question is do i need to buy a whole new caliper or can i just buy that peice? ill try and get some pics
