Driver side rear brake line replaced $150
A shop charged my son $150 front to back , is that too much for 1 line? It's his money and we can't get under it to do the work, so it's already been done. The other 3 may be next soon because theres alot of rust.

a brake line (front) is 15$ per line. just toss it up on ramps and you should be good to go (chucks behind rear tires).
They probably charged for that line, and 1-2 hours of labor (50-75$/hour) and a bottle of brake fluid.
It's not that hard, I'm going to be doing a lot under my buddy's lift here in a month or so.
Front and rear springs
Front struts
Rear shocks
Full front and rear brakes and lines
Front brakes: new calipers, rotors, pads, bearings, cotter pins, grease, lines, all that good stuff... all new
Rear brakes: new drums, lines, whatever else I will need.
Estimated cost: 150$ for parts and the tools I will need -- for front and rear brakes
Estimated cost: 125$ for parts (used, from a GTA that didn't have them in long) -- for springs/struts/shocks... new it would have been over $300 for lower quality springs/struts/shocks.
Just an idea... if you do the labor yourself and learn, you feel a lot better about yourself that you can do it, and you know it is done right, and if it brakes... you know how to fix it w/o paying someone to do it.
You save a lot by doing it yourself

Classic Tube - PreBent and Custom Stainless and OE Brake Lines and more...
Inline Tube - Preformed Stainless & OEM Brake Line Sets
You be the judge...
The other guy was talking about the rubber hoses; which a whole other issue.
