Axle/Gears: good question...
Need a little help

I swapped rears, and transfered all the drum brake hardware from the first rear to the new rear. Now have two problems...
I have no parking brake. I tried adjusting it like the Hanes manual says, but mine looks different than what is in the manual. Mine dosent have a long stud like in the picture.

and the other...

I think my rear brakes and partialy applied while driving, but when I push the brake pedal, only the front brakes apply pressure. The car slows down rather quickly after I left off the gas and just coast. Do I need to adjust the spurs or sumthin? and how?

You have a '90 which is the crossover year for e-brake designs, you probably have no privision for adjustments like the earlier years do. You should still be able to adjust it by using the lever repeatedly causing the adjustment studs in the drums to take up the slack, which sounds like what is causing your issues.

I engaged and released the parking brake probably 50 times, and its still the same. When I engage it, it pulls the lever on each side inside the drums, but I can still turn the wheels by hand.

I think I made some progress.

I tightened the adjusting spurs until they expanded the pads to the point where the drums would not fit back on. Then loosened them to the point where the drums would just slip on. Was that a good idea? cuz I had no idea what I was doing at the time.

After I did that, I tried the parking brake and it worked. I havnt driven the car yet, so I dont no if it stops any better yet.

Yep, that ought to do it.

I bled the rear brakes again, and took the car out. It stops like normal, but the parking brake still aint tight enough. It takes 19clicks to hold the car in drive. Hanes manual says it should be 13-17clicks.

I'd tighten up the spurs one more time.

Should be some adjustment in the parking brake cables to take up some of the slack now that you have the brake shoes adjusted out properly.
