Need help with LS1 Swap - Prop. valve
Trying to get all my ducks in a row before I make the big brake swap.
I have an 82 Camaro with rear disks. I want to swap the LS1 calipers and Master Cylinder. I noticed that the lines on the LS1 master cylinder are different from the original and that the lines going into the prop. valve are also different. What proportioning valve can I swap to make this work? Other option is to make new lines and using the original prop. valve? Are their any adapters I can use to make this easier?
Thanks in advance,

I think you're going to need to get a flare tool and get the right size fittings for a later model 3rd gen and get the 1LE prop valve. They used different flares and (I assume) fitting sizes until 84 but after that I think there were also some different sizes. I may be wrong and it may be much easier than that but from what I've gathered that's probably what you'll have to do because I've heard that the LS1 master will bolt right up to my 91.
