A few questions regarding brake lines

Ok so im sorta a newbie when it comes too brakes ya i can take em apart from the booster too the cailipers and put it back together and id be fine but i dont really have any knowledge on exactly how they work internally. So my question is regarding the hardlines can i replace these from the master cylinder too caliper with braided stainless lines? Our are those loops and stuff in the hard lines needed for some reason? I would love too just do the braided lines i love the looks. Also will they make the brakes feel spongy etc? Id be cool too know bc i can get the braided lines pretty cheap so i plan on doing as many lines in my car with the stuff that i can.

Re: A few questions regarding brake lines

Even if you got the braided lines and fittings all for free i don't think it is worth it. The only line I hate is the front passenger due to in bing on the K-member. I will be replacing all my lines with Stainless Steal tubes that come pre-bent from Classic. And I may replace the flex line at the caliper as there is only 3.

Re: A few questions regarding brake lines

I just wondered if it would work I dont mind the cost we got tons of it at the shop only thing id have too purchase would be the fittings im not a big fan of hardlines they love too rust and they can be damaged easily plus i feel i could save room with the lines since i can stuff em where i want them. You know how you go too reach that spark plug in the back and the brake lines are in the way... lol.
