? about SS brake lines
One of the hard lines to the rear of my 87 IROC rusted through, and I'm interested in replacing ALL of the brake lines with stainless steel. I'm sure this will be expensive but my question(s) remain; about how much will it cost and where are the good parts? I was looking at finelines' 4-line kit for 90$, and I thought that probably wasn't the parts I am interested in, but I could be wrong. When I say ALL lines, I mean every bit of hard line from the reservoir to each wheel.
Anyone have the answers I'm looking for? Thanks in advance.

Re: ? about SS brake lines
There are a few companies that sell this. I am restoring my car and will be going SS lines. I am local to one of the them. They offer anything custom if you bring the lin eto them. And there is also a local guy in MI that comes out to you and bends all kinds of crazy stuff.
I will have all stock bends for fuel but the return for the trans with have to go to the trans cooler. I also wanted the stock style power steering tubes in SS as mine are rusted and bent.
What is shipping on a 16" long bent tube? Got to be hard to shipp with it being damaged easly.

Re: ? about SS brake lines
I got mine from inlinetube.com
Arrived in fine shape, with "shipping bends" for the long lines all in a large box. All the lines in stainless are 185.00 for the complete set, and that is ALL the lines, from master clinder to the wheels, rockguard installed.

Re: ? about SS brake lines
i bought mine from finelines, all brake lines and fuel line. They were right but needed a little tweaking of the ends to make them perfect, nothing major. All the lines cost more than 90bux, im not sure what you were looking at.
