PBR Rears Removal

Transmission: 700R4

PBR Rears Removal

This is my first time working on this setup and it looks kinda intimidating. To change the brakes I assume you just remove the top caliper bolt and swing the caliper down and insert the pads in to the bracket. Right??

But how do you remove the whole caliper? I see the second caliper bolt but it is blocked by that spring? I have one caliper frozen and the other appears to be fine..
