e-brake setup help

Axle/Gears: 9 bolt
e-brake setup help
hi all does any one have any pics of the e brake where the front cable with adjuster and the two back cables conect together as i need to no if im missing somthing im asking this cause when i pull the lever the front cable and bracket pull down otward the drive shaft and the rear passanger side cable keeps pulling out off its holder i think its the first design set up if that helps thanks
