Rear Brake Question 9 bolt brakes on 4th gen rear?

I have an 89' IROCZ with a BW 9 bolt rear end that has disc brakes. I picked up a 10 bolt from a 02' SS Camaro that I want to swap in, but it came without any brake components. So my question is, will my stock 89' 9 bolt 3rd Gen brakes, bolt up to the 02' SS 10 bolt housing? I know that I may need to get longer hard lines because the 10 bolt is longer than the 9 bolt. That is easy though. Has anyone done this or knows if it will work, or anything I need to do? Thank you.

The 9-bolt back plate won't fit the 10-bolt; however, with the correct backing plate, all should be good to go. The 10-bolt plates can be purchased from the site below:

Also the following FAQ may provide some food for thought (parking brake, speedo gears, etc.):

The only difference between the 9- and 10-bolt PRB's (which is what I assume you have) is the backing plates, which have a different bolt pattern, backing plate to axle flange. The rotors and calipers are exactly the same. Check posts #20 and 21 of the following link for a visual of the plates:
