C5 brakes - started on spindles

C5 brakes - started on spindles

Please take a look at the photos and let me know if I modified the first spindle correctly

I just want to make sure I didn't cut off too much.

by the way I will clean it all up , all I had was a dremel but I will smooth it out and round off the edges a bit too , these pics were taken right after I cut the ears off.

thanks for the replies, I guess I'll go hack away at the other one and get it drilled/tapped next.

Your not gong to know for sure until you drill and tap, you may even need to take more off or dish out sothe Allen bolt will fit through for the abutment mounting just take your time and take little by little it's not hard I did both of mine in about 45 min.
