Hey gang,

I'm having a bit of a problem with my parking brake. The other week I thought I smelled something funky coming from the back of my car. It turns out the passenger side parking brake cable got loose and fell on the exhaust pipe and melted. So now it feels like my rear brakes are'nt coming loose when I realese the parking brake. So I'd figure I redo th eparking brake system and do th erear brakes at the same time. The one question I have is, do I need any special tools to release the parking brake cable from the rear brake calipers? Or if anyone has any suggestions on how to properly do this I'd appreciate it.
