size of rear brake line fittings?

Ok, I am trying to figure out the size of the brake line fittings on the hard line that run along the rear axle from drum to drum. I will be doing a rear swap soon and would like the fitting sizes just incase i break one of them off. I believe the rear line along the axle is 3/16 inch line? and the fitting that goes into each wheel is 10 mm X 1.0 ? Is that correct? how about the fitting that goes into the T-line? It seems that one is a bigger fitting. Maybe a 12 mm X 1.0 ? Need some help here.

Both ends of the hardlines on the axle are 10mm 1.0. The line is 4.75mm but 3/16 will work just fine.
