Drum adjuster, no access. Help

Okay I'm trying to remove my formula drums but the brakes are preventing me. I was told to use the adj to back off the brake but there is not hole on either side to insert a screw driver. Does a hole have to be punches through the metal backing plate? I can see where there are two indentations but its not open or covered. It's sealed. What do I do?

Should be an oblong indentation that needs to be punched out with a hammer and a drift............................

Then get the rubber plugs at auto parts store when done.
