Okay so I just got the motor back together in my bird and took it for a drive and whne breaking the car shaked like a mother and in the lower speeds would lock up (even after releasing the break pedal) the motor drops in rpm as they lock up and most likely dies. then while making a u turn on a country road (with light break pressure) the passenger rear tire locked up. also might be unrelated but at a stop sign on the way home the breaks locked the car died all the dash lights flicker and cut out that seems really odd to me. I already look at the front rotors and the looked okay (did take them off) and I will be dissecting the rear tomorrow. Thanks for your time

could the engine rpm reduction and the stalling be to the TTC?

okay so took my back brakes apart and the drum are in terrible shape the passenger side (the side that locked up) had really deep grooves. so I am ganan replace all that and see how it acts now
