PBR caliper position?

Transmission: 4L60
Axle/Gears: 9-bolt 3.27 & PBR
PBR caliper position?
I'm putting PBR disk brakes on a 9-bolt from an '86 TA. The pictures I've seen show the calipers behind and low on the axle. However, when I try that the bleed screw is below the banjo bolt. The parts are all marked L and R so the only way it looks like they should go on is in front of the axle and above the center line. Is this right? Did PBR brakes get put in different positions?

Unless the R goes on the driver side and L on the passenger???

So for that to work the parts stamped "R" need to go n the driver's side. I assumed at first they would go on the passenger side. Thanks.
