line lock

just wondering how you guys run the brake lines on your line locks ,i had mine going from the m/c to the line lock solenoid from the selonoid to the proportioning valve and the cars still rolls when activated, so i am going back to m/c to proportioning valve from valve to solenoid out from selonoid to a T TO BOTH FRONT BRAKE LINES

Re: line lock

Did you pump up and hold your brake before triggering the line lock?
Every one I have used over the years would not hold with out pumping pedal a few times and holding down hard before triggering the line lock

Re: line lock

I did away with the factory P-Valve, I have the master cylinder going to the line lock then a "T" and out to both front brakes.
It holds every time with no pumping required.

Here is the thread:

In the 4th post is a copy of a drawing from another thread that shows what I did. Later there are some pictures of my set up.
