84 Rear brakes

84 Rear brakes
Hi new here I have an 84 trans am recaro edition it came with factory disc brakes I had to cut up my backing plate to get the calipers off so I could change everything to new and rebuild the rear axle I'm having a heck of a time finding them backing plates they hold the caliper I'm wondering is there any difference between the 84 rear brakes and the 89-92 rears

They are oem they look exactly like the ones in the first picture I have found the calipers rotors hell even the parking brake cables just not them backing plats I found one set on eBay but there a little sketchy looking and font want to run into the problem problem I have now or want to do a ton of work to them and thanks for the info

Many members on TGO upgrade. I suggest you advertise in our site's classifieds. My guess is you'll find a pair pretty quickly.
