Brake conversion for rear on new s60

Planning on purchasing Strange S60 rear. Car has drum rears, disc fronts.
Looking for effective rear disc brakes that would fit my application, which is just daily driving.
Now i am curious if i were to get the Baer front SS4 complete brake system, would there be anything i could use from the stock front brakes and move over to the rear for the conversion? Or will a stock rear disc assembly work fine with the Baer fronts?
Rear system: http://baer.com/1982-1992-F-Body-Rea...Am-GTA-Brakes/
Front system:http://baer.com/11-Front-SS4-Plus-Br...m-4301463.html
Or shoudl i just not bother with a front upgrade and keep the stock brakes and just get a matching rear stock disc brake system?
I received estimates on matching rear/front Baer brake systems and the s60 swap with labor and came up to a little under $9000. So yea i am looking to save myself money and anything from being Overkill.
Advice is appreciated.

Re: Brake conversion for rear on new s60

Why does your daily driver need rear discs or an S60? Serious question, because the stock disc/drum & 7.5" 10-bolt have always been daily driver adequate.

On the street, the worst part of those three is the front discs. If you're making gobs more power than stock, running sticky tires (slicks), and drag racing, then yeah maybe a stronger rear axle is in order. The rear brakes don't do a lot really. The #1 advantage of rear disc brakes is a toss up between quick pad changes, and "they look cool".

There is an entire spectrum of options for brake upgrades between the stock disc/drum setup and a kit from Baer. Plenty of choices that don't cost $9000.

I don't have any experience with this sort of stuff. And wow thanks alot i appreciate the response and advice. And what you said is right. I guess im just looking to keep this car for a long time and just making it solid for plenty of years.
but i also dont need to be spending so much on upgrades i don't need. Ill definitely rethink my idea of doing this brake upgrade.

Look into the LS1 brake upgrades. You can gain a lot of braking improvement just by upgrading the front brakes, and LS1 brake parts are cheap and plentiful. As popular as the rear disc upgrades are, it's mostly a cosmetic modification. Consider doing the fronts first, and figure out what you want in back as you go.
