LT1 to LS1 rear disc conversion

Vehicle: 1986 Camaro Iroc-z (4.8 4l60e swapped)

I'v been looking all over for information about a 4th gen rear end disc brake swap (lt1 discs to ls1 discs) , but i cannot find a definitive answer, i apologize if i'm just blind and missing the post.

I have a 1995 Camaro rear end (10 bolt with posi disc brakes), that i plan on putting on my 3rd gen. It did not come with any brakes, other than the caliper mounting plates. I am wondering what it would take to put the ls1 style (1998-2002) disc brakes on it. Will they bolt directly on to the 1995 lt1 backing plates? and will they clear 15 in. rims?

Doubt they will fit 15" wheels..... but search these forums for awhile and I'm sure that you will find a definite answer.
