Do I need a upgraded master cylinder?

Just received my Gen V Camaro front brake set from bigbrakeupgrade.com. Just want to know if anyone has used this combo and if you needed to upgrade anything else in the braking?

You just need to verify the bore size in your master is properly sized to the pistons in the calipers. Otherwise you can end up with too hard of a pedal or too soft.

Hence the reason I'm asking if anyone else has had a similar setup or found a need to upgrade from the stock master cylinder.

Yeah, I want to add to that. Gotta make sure the front and rear brakes lines go to the correct location.

I have been using BB Upgrade for some years now. Scott at BB can guide you as to whether you have a mismatch in your setup thus causing you to have a need. To me this is separate from our never-ending quest to improve these cars - there are usually wants that will improve braking like better pads, stainless lines, maybe a new MC that gives you a different feel or braking action.
