Rubbing on rear drum break

A few weeks ago I went to engage the parking brake and I felt a snap. Since then I haven’t used the parking brake. I noticed over this past weekend a rubbing sound coming from the back driver side. I did a slow roll with my door open and sounds like it’s coming from my brake drum. I hear it rub for a second then it goes away and it just keeps repeating. If I push lightly on the breaks it goes away. It also goes away if I pull the parking brake all the way up. Any suggestions?

Re: Rubbing on rear drum break

Open up the rear driver's side brake and fix whatever broke.
