summit orders corrected prices

I'm sick from work, so I was looking at summits website, admiring the nice prices, but thought i'd calculate what the REAL price is, after order fee, shipping, duty, etc. So I made an excel file.

Put in your part, or at least the price, make a list of them, it gets cheaper the more parts you buy. Then it'll spread the shipping/order fee over each part. Then add on exchange rate (which is VERY favorable right now , then it'll add on a $4 duty fee, plus 7% tax, giving you a final, out of pocket charge per item. Nifty eh?
I figured some bored cheapskate such as myself would find this useful.

Do you need to pay duty on an item made in the USA?

No duty, only taxes, which are 7% only in Alberta, BTW. Maybe even not for long there.

You should add a +200% option for shipping via UPS instead of USPS.

ha! good point ape, maybe a "bend over now" label perhaps?
I made some of the values easy to change, like the exchange rate, but the tax value, you'd have to find it in one of my formulas...

I only paid the 7% tax technically. So far just on summit parts, which are made in USA. Never thought about duty fees, for parts that are made in china, then re-badged at summit...?

I put in an order tonight, and realized that I was calculating duty including shipping, which it does not! so I changed that to be accurate, and updated that in the link.
that spreadsheet is what I ordered tonight too, nifty eh?
