Looking for a reasonably priced rebuilt 305 for my 91 formula. Does anyone in Winnipeg have one, or recommend a shop where I could find one??

u looking to buy a rebuilt 305 or have the one u have rebuilt? there are alot of good shops in the city.

 

Actually I'd rather find a block that is completely ready for a rebuild. 305 or 350.

 

i have a 305 thats just been rebuilt with rv cam with alumin intake and edlbrock carb 600cfm its a 86 block with 1 pc rear seal. pm if intrested

 

What machine shops in Winnipeg would you guys recommend to service a block and get it ready for rebuild? I think I have a 91 350 lined up but need it bored, etc. but I have no idea where to go.

A buddy of mine used Competition Engine for his LT1 rebuild recently and I am impressed with the work done and the time it was delivered.

I have used Ken's Kustom Auto for my turbo SBC however, he is more money and takes his time (you will be wating). I wasn't concerned with waiting so wasn't a problem for me.
