Steering Wheel Controls
Anyone know if there is an aftermarket head available that will allow the use of factory steering wheel controls?

i'm not 100% positive but i think that pioneer made an interface to use the factory steering wheel controls. just go to their website and you should be able to find out more. sorry if i didn't help you much.

PAC makes several different models for different radios that allow you to use the stock steerin wheel controls. I think www.crutchfield.com has them.

I've never had a problem with any Sony product I've ever owned. My entire home theatre system is Sony. My last T/A had a CDX-C910 and it rocked. I should have taken that out of the car before i sold it.

Sony USED to be good, but not anymore. I've had a problem with just about every Sony thing I've had. Home stuff I have(TV, changer) no better. My Moble ES $500 deck had to be fixed twice in the 2 year warranty period. I will never buy Sony again. When this deck dies, I'm buying Kenwood or Alpine.
But its not just me. Lately, alot of people have been having Sony troubles. Their QC has gone way down. Even their expensive ES line isn't what it used to be. I know-I've suffered with it!

pac adapter
PAC MAKES AN ADAPTER TO WORK WITH ANY RADIO BUT YOUR RADIO "MUST" HAVE A INFRA RED WIRELESS REMOTE YOU WILL NEED IT TO PROGRAM THE MODULE. THE PART NUMBER IS SWI-X THEY ARE 65.00 PLUS TAX. VERY EASY TO INSTALL. I HAVE ONE ON MY 88 GTA. YOUR LOCAL RADIO SHOP SHOULD BE ABLE TO ORDER OR HAVE IT.
