Hey all, my name is paymon and I own www.subenclosureoutlet.com. I recently started selling boxes for the Camaro/Firebird and they arent even on my site yet.

I have a deal right now for thirdgen.org foru members on the 84-92 Dual 10" or Dual 12" Enclosures. Here are the specs

Made of top quality 3/4" MDF
1.60 cubic feet per side
Two 10" or 12" speaker holes
Two connection terminals

It costs $90 + shipping(depending on zip) for either the 10" or 12".

It's not necessary to make the silicone a foot deep. On my boxes I run a very small bead and then push it into the seam by running my finger down, so the silicone probably isn't even 1/8" deep at the center of the seam. Good seams should fit perfectly tight, making silicone *almost* unnecessary. All you're trying to do is fill a hairline gap (if any) so you don't need much at all.

Unfortunetly the boxes we sell do not have carpeting options. The color is a dark charcoal, but it looks gray in the picture because of the lighting

Anyone having trouble getting their order from subenclosureoutlet.com? I ordered mine about a week and a half ago and I was told it was shipping the next day I ordered and I still don't have the box. Transit time seems kind of long even by ground from Texas (I think that's where it's coming from.) to California.

Any follow-ups on this? I wouldn't want to place an order just to get shafted.

I have spoken with this gentleman ( I was working on a re-designed website for him, but never finished... ) and I'm pretty sure he's legit, but, he now has a new supplier or whatever and no longer can get the Camaro boxes. So, just FYI.

dissapointed

I am dissapointed with the box. I received mine. It fits one way perfectly, placing the holes on the bottom though, it fits another way, the way it looks like it should go, holes facing the back of the car...... I don't know if there is a secret way you have to get it to fit (haha), if not then it's a piece! and I got ripped off

Well, it's almost 2 weeks now since Paymon said he mailed my refund check and I am still waiting for it. Anyone here know how to get hold of this guy or how I can take legal action against this guy for taking my money?

You guys should have or should just go through Rezn8r. He has the reputation on this site and his prices are really good. I think he is selling them for $120, and he HAS carpet options.

You should shoot FyreLance a pm, if he was designing a webpage for him then he should be able to get ahold of him. Seems like he is the only person to actually speak with him.

Well, I got a reply from paypal today. It seemed that Subenclosureoutlet gave paypal a UPS tracking number. WHen I looked at the UPS web site at this tracking number, the box was delivered to Colorado!! I live in California. He still will not respond to my emails about my refund and PayPal is going to continue to investigate this as fraud. I will be writing his local police department and also complain about him defrauding me.

I ask that you try to be as civil and nice as possible since I gave you these contacts. He really does seem to be a nice guy and had to change manufacturers and so forth so I'm sure there was some mix-up.

Fyrelance,

Thanks for the email but I also have that already. I have corresponded with Paymon many times by email before I sent him my money for the sub box. Initially, he said he had the sub box and was shipping it the same day he got my payment. He sent me an email to confirm this. But after 2 weeks and still no box, I emailed him again several times before he replied that his distributor doesn't supply the box anymore and that he "cut" me a check and dropped it off in the mail and that I should recieve it in "about 4 days". That's almost 3 weeks ago now and he still doesn't reply to my emails anymore. I have sent paypal all the emails he sent me from day one. I hope paypal can help me get my money back. One hundred twenty dollars may not be a lot but I work hard for that and it really ticks me off when people just take it. I am sure anyone would feel the same way.

Rene

Unlike you, he did send me a box. Except as I said it doesn't fit right, now I have to find some way of selling it. This bites.

Well, at least you got something. He just took my money and ran, leaving me $120 poorer.

I already filed a complaint with paypal and they are investigating this but should I also file a complaint with the Internet Fraud Complaint Center, http://www1.ifccfbi.gov/index.asp ? It says in this site that they will notify his local law enforcement agency.

Just for everyone's info, Paypal finished their investigation on Paymon and subenclosureoutlet and they determined that he never shipped me my sub box so paypal had paymon issue me a refund. So, I got my money back finally.

Peace,

Rene
