how to make my cd player fit?

i have just bought a pioneer deh-p3400 off of ebay and i jsut got it today. for some reason i cant get it to work, i think im hooking it up wrong but i am getting help with it tommarow, if anybody has any advice please help me, but my other problem is that its too small for the face plate, is there a kit i can buy to fix this and make it fit?? thanks alot

Yes, you can get a good faceplate adapter for GM cars at any pep boys or other parts outlet store, or most car audio places. As for the wiring, you just have to make sure everything's going where it's supposed to. If the wiring behind your headunit is ok, then make sure your speakers work and that wiring is good. If all your wiring is in order, then you have yourself a faulty headunit.

i bought a "road works" kit that had all kinds of different mounting hardware for different cars, it required a little cutting but it worked and looks great, u could even adjust it to make ur cd player stick out more or less. it was super easy and only 10 bucks!!
