Head Units with Shock Absorbtion?

Does anyone know of any head units that will take the load of a stiff suspension combined with NJ roads? In NJ the roads are horrible with the bumps and potholes. Anything helps thanx.

Alpine used to make cd changers with a shock absorbtion sort of thing....not sure if they carried that over to the decks or not.

A good head won't skip unless you REALLY bang it around.

Yeah I have a crappy sony xplod right now and it definitely takes a hell of a jolt to make it skip... Jersey Roads are horrible so sometimes when your crusin on the highway you hit a bump and it skips... just want to eliminate that.

I am using the Sony MP70 deck and that has skip protection. The sound quality is also pretty good.

I have a Eclipse head unit and it doesn't really skip on smaller bumps, but if you hit a huge pothole it skips, but that usually happens with all cd players.

Yeah, I used to have a Road Gear , Man, did that this Suck! But recently I got a Jensen MP3310, and it has skip protection, and 5 second ESP. Let's just say, it is SSSSSSSSOOOOOOO much better than Road Gear! Plus it was only $150 at Wal-Mart.
