hey the car i have is a hard top so i dont have to worry about where to put t-tops when i take them off but i am planing on buying two 6x9 boxes for my two pioneer 6x9's rated at 200 watts each max) they sound nice but i would mount a small shelf like piece right behind the rear seats so i could face the speackers facing the front of the windshield, that and inbetween them woudl be my jensen 600 watt 4 channel amp with two 12 inch either premiers, or kickers

 

after i do all of this once the weather gets warmer ill send in pix of it to show you guys what im talking about a little better:lala:

 

Sounds like a good idea, couple questions though, what are you gonna do with your existing 6x9 locations, also how do you plan on mounting the boxes and what speakers are you gonna hook up to the Jensen amp.

 

well i had the idea of just taking out the two old 6x9's and boarding those up and putting two good tweeters in there place, and im not entirely sure what subs would sound good with the jensen 600 watt series its my friends amp and im going to buy it from him soon and he has two 12 inch x-plodes going to them and its loud as hell but its not clean bass ive heard a 400 watt jensen amp play on 12inch rockfords and they sounded better so im still asking around i might go with the 2 12inch rockfords
