And I want to point Out i DID do a search and found alot about grounds etc...

It only makes noise with the radio on, and only while the car is running. the noise does not change with RPM. Its just interference with my Radio signal...

I can play CD's all day long with no interference so its nothing to do with the speaker wires coming from the radio.

Radio and speakers are all brand new. Just put it all in yesterday.. Car never had a sterio Since ive owned it so I dont know if the old one did the same thing or not...

Thanks... Im thinking maybe I should upgrade the plugwires?
ANyone here have a MSD ignition box and have this problem?
Could it be my antenna? its pretty bent up, but works perfctly fine when the car is off...

Well if it's only doing it with the radio, you might want to check that your antenna wire is ok. And if it was the plug wires, you would think it would change with the RPMs.

Well consider it only does it when the cars running. if it was the antenna wouldnt it ALWAYS have crap reception?

I have it going directly to the battery... is that bad?

somone said to ground it to the chassis instead... I dont see a difference but maybe I should try that...

supposedly the same but not

It should be the same, but everytime I have grounded to the battery it has always backfired on me somehow. Try to actually ground it to the chassis it should help a lot
