Alpine HU

Does anyone have the Alpine CDA-7893? I'm looking to start my new system with a good head unit and I really don't wanna skimp cause then I'd end up having to replace it later anyway. Also, what kind of components would go well with 2-12" Alpine Type-Rs? Assume that the box is built well and everything. I want to do this system right the first time if at all possible even if it takes me until I'm 25.
Thanks in advance,
David

alpine makes great head units.. pretty much any of their higher end stuff will work great for you. as for components, take a look at infinity.. they make great sq stuff.

I have the 7894.

Pretty much the same thing, except it can play MP3's.

Wooo 170 songs on one cd.
I cut my car cd's from like 40, to 6...

Well it looks like I'm going to be an ex-3rd gen owner around the beggining of summer. I got this one before I really could research what I wanted too much so I kind of had to make some compromises. I'm also going to be going to college about 4 hours away and my dad wants me to have a car with fewer miles. So it looks like I'm going to get a 93-96 v6 camaro with a standard and
t-tops, preferably hunter green. I'll still hang around here and everything cause I'll always love the cars and I WILL own one again. Anyway, I don't know if I want to put any more money in this car unless it will work with the new one so I may get the head unit and I may not, just depends on how things work out.
