Ok this is confusing

Hey guys ...I got a small problem with my amps I cant figure it out. when I turn my amps on they light up bright then go dim (they have LED lighting on them) so I started playing with them to try and figure this problem out .. I found that if I take my remote wire and touch it to the power wire (from the battery) it does the same thing so that eliminated the switch being at fault . so I took a second peice of wire and made a jumper wire from the power wire to the remote wire leaving the remote wire from the switch connected sorta like haveing two remote wires and the amps worked fine until I turned the music up ..the amp that is on my highs totally cutout and the bass amp kept going i turn the volume back down and the highs kick back in. this one has me stumped ..unless my amps are half dead which would suck I have no $$ spent it all on suspension heh.

so what you guys think???

Where is your power wire connected at, and how secure is it. Same with your ground wire. Also, what size power wire are your running? I know it doesn't seem like that big of a deal, but you need to run at least 8 gauge. And make sure that your ground wire isn't too long.

it is all about the power wire connection, invest $4 at menards for some good terminals to connect to your battery and ground. make sure your ground and (+) are the same gauge, make sure they are a large enough gauge.
