Yellow wire?!

I bought the new alpine cda-7893 cd player 60x4 and on the wiring harness the yellow says warning high current draw, connect to fuse box or battery. I've hooked up several cd players and to my knowledge the yellow is the constant 12 that keeps the station when u turn it off. The wiring harness adapter that you buy to plug into the factoy one is all color coded . Can i just tape the 2 yellow together or should I go through the fuse box?!

hmm, just as i suspected, the cda-7893 has the Hybrid Vdrive amp that Alpine has, it's a 60wx4 high power internal amp. They recommend getting a whole nother wiring kit for it because it supposidly draws a lot more current than the traditional 18 guage 12v power wire on every other cd player out there. What size wiring do you think it is? I'd just run similar guage wire to the battery from the head unit.
