Hey I wonder if you can do what you did but in like the bottom of the box build a spot for the spare tire..and jack..that would be awesome!...I may have to try that when i get mine!

once again thanks! To answer a few questons.

The 6x9's are not point source
I went with these 10's cause they kick a**

They are phenomenal. a few years old.. weighing in at 23.66 lbs each.

nice punch and not too overkill..

That does look very nice. Clean when shown, and stealth when covered. Best of both worlds.

Is that box made from grain wood (i.e. not MDF)? It looks like you can see the grain like solid wood. Birch or balsa maybe?

hey man looks nice!

here's mine. i have a pioneer premier 840 mp mp3 player, two 6*9 alpines, 2 boston acoustic 4 inch tweeds, and two jl 12" subs in custom box powered by a sony explode equalizer. it sounds really clear and nice. you did a nice job.

Whats the volume of that box? And what is the cover made out of that goes over the subs...does it effect sound at all? Also, do you have any more pics of the flush mounted head unit? Sorry for so many questions, it really looks awesome!

console is out of a 98+ trans am

the insert was modified by me and a friend.

We cutout the cup holder and asktray. Filled in all the empty spaces and smoothed it all out. Then to keep the look somewhat retro placed the window and mirror switches close to their original location.
