I am taking out the components for my old bose system. The kicks and the back panel plus the wiring harness. I have it all out, except for the harness wich looks like it will have to be cut out. Where is a good place to cut this at? I assume I won't need it anymore, but I am not an audio expert. Any help/advice will be greatly appreciated.

i just pulled it out a little and cut it where it comes out of the carpet then taped it and tucked it under

 

its probably not a good idea to cut it out and i say that for the reason of what if you want to sell the car at least you could put the stock system back in
