stock replacement with a 98 Z?

Can I put a 98 factory stereo in my 91Z as a direct replacement? Or how about a 93 stereo? My stock stereo is not working and I like to maintain the stock look. It keeps people from messing with my car! Anyway, looking for something that will be a direct replacement for my stock 91 Z stereo.

the 93 unit will probably work but the other one wont since gm changed the wiring harness plug in 94 on most of there lines
