Yep, I agree. It could be that the antenna cable just worked itself loose, or, that the antenna itself is physically loose on your fender, but it sounds like your tuner module took a crap.
If you had a spare antenna, I'd say pull the radio and plug the spare in and see if you get reception.
If still no reception, it might cost you as much to repair the radio as it would for a new(er) radio.
