Somebody help a dummy

How do you figure cubic feet in a enclosure?? I have a box 31 x 13 x 12.5 and was needing to see how big it was I was needing around a 2.5 to 3 cubic foot box.

Your box is 2.91 cubic feet. That is if your box is all sqaure or rectangle. If there are any sort of angles, then the measurement will be off.

All you need to do is mulitply height x width x lenght to get total cubic inches, then divide by 1728 (cubic inches in one square foot) to get your cubic feet of volume. Of course, you need to deduct the space that the subs take up. Your spec sheet should tell you that.
