Anyone tried these 4X6's?

Has anyone any experience of these 4X6 speakers?

I have did a search already, no-one seems to have mentioned this particular model.

I have heard Lanzar are a very poor speaker brand, but was wondering if this model is any good at all.

http://www.lanzar.com/itempage.asp?model=NEO46.1

Model NEO46.1 4"x6" Two Way Coaxial Speaker System
Standard 4" x 6" Size Fits OEM Cut-Outs
Special Blue Poly Injected Cone
Non-Fatiguing Butyl Rubber Surround
High Temperature Voice Coil
High Density Neodymium Magnet
1” Titainium-Neo Tweeter
Power Handling: 110 Watts RMS/220 Watts Peak
Frequency Response: 85-20k Hz
Impedance: 4 Ohms

My current plans incidentally are to ditch the 4X6's altogether and go with kick panels.

Thanks for your help.

The only experience I have had with lanzar is their subs. Back when I was in high school(8 years ago) They were pretty nice subs. Buy, I have heard that the Lanzar quality has slowly been going down hill since. How much are they? You might wanna look at infinity or polk, depending on how much you wanna spend.

Lanzar used to be fantastic stuff. A few years ago the company changed hands, and although they still seem to have a few left-over lines that are still decent, most of it is crap now.

Their 1000d and 1200d amp seemed to be decent, but I don't have any other experience with them.

Brian they are $78 list price on Lanzars website. I wouldn't really be worrying too much about the cost aspect - it's more the availability issue with me being in the UK. I can source 4X6's over here by Infinitis, JBL, Lanzar easily but being that 4X6 is a rare size over here other brands are hard to find.

I'll discuss the install plans on another thread soon... Would you guys recommend ditching the 4X6's if going with amped kick panels, or keep the 4X6's running from the head unit?
