i am new to car audio and i know that you have to run wires through the firewall but i dont know the fire wall is

 

Its the metal plate between the engine and you. With all the **** running into it. What are you trying to do?

 

You know when you put the "pedal to the metal?" Yeah, that metal. On the camaro's the hole that most people put electonic wireing through is right above the steering column (it's about an inch in diam.) If you look above the brake pedal inside the car you should be able to see it.
